Ethan Hunt returns in the trailer for Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One – and Tom Cruise has clearly outdone himself with the stunts.
Tom Cruise fans, rejoice! The trailer for Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One has been released, and it’s incredibly dramatic and exciting. Everything you love to see in a Mission Impossible film is on full display, from Cruise’s running to dozens of daredevil stunts.
He’s doing car chases, running along moving trains, and riding motor bikes off of cliffs. But the voiceover implies that there’s a lot at stake for Ethan Hunt, as even the side previously considered the ‘good guys’ has become increasingly morally grey.
Most of the main cast are back for the new instalment, with Rebecca Ferguson, Simon Pegg, and Ving Rhames all returning to their roles. New cast members on show in the trailer include Vanessa Kirby (who looks to have some very exciting fight scenes) and Hayley Atwell. Ozark's Esai Morales is the film’s primary antagonist, and he’s painted as a mixture of menacing and suave.
