Universal’s documentary, Explorer, paints a picture of the life and adventures of Sir Ranulph Fiennes – and the film now has a trailer.
Sir Ranulph Fiennes is credited as being the World’s Greatest Living Explorer, being the first to circumnavigate the world from pole to pole. He’s crossed the Antarctic on foot, discovered a lost city in Arabia, and broken various world records. Distributed by Universal, Explorer is a documentary aimed at telling his story, and revealing the man behind the adventurer.
The newly-released trailer features exclusive footage from Fiennes’ own film archive, which has been preserved by the BFI National Archive, and the team also had access to the man himself, leading to the creation of a very personal project.

Explorer will be in UK cinemas for one day only on 14th July 2022, and will feature exclusive Q&A footage with Sir Ranulph Fiennes hosted by adventurer Bear Grylls.
