Sly, a documentary about Sylvester Stallone, is heading to Netflix in November, and here’s the trailer.
With The Expendables 4 due out in September and another four films, including a sequel to Cliffhanger, in various stages of development, Sylvester Stallone is as busy as ever it seems.
Now, a documentary called Sly will look back at his extensive film career as well.
It’s arriving later this year, and the synopsis reads…
For nearly 50 years Sylvester Stallone has entertained millions with iconic characters and blockbuster franchises, from Rocky to Rambo to The Expendables. This retrospective documentary offers an intimate look at the Oscar-nominated actor-writer-director-producer, paralleling his inspirational underdog-story with the indelible characters he has brought to life.
Thom Zimny, who is known for his collaborations with Bruce Springsteen, directed the film.
