Harry Styles: Are You Curious?, a completely unauthorised documentary on the ex-One Directioner is heading to DVD.
Harry Styles: Are You Curious?, a feature-length documentary about the rise and… well, rise of Harry Styles from a teenage heartthrob to an internationally acclaimed artist is heading to DVD in February.
Now, mind you, this is not in any capacity an official documentary and has no direct involvement from Styles himself. Instead, director Robert Hearn uses mostly archive footage of Styles at various engagements and events and interviews fans and presumably other people who are well-versed in their Harry Styles knowledge.
Styles first became known to the public as part of One Direction, a boy band which rose to fame from X Factor in 2010. One Direction was one of the most influential boy bands of the modern era, but has since disbanded.
Arguably, Styles’ music career has taken off the most compared to his old band mates. He has released three solo albums between 2017 and now, with his latest, 2022’s Harry’s House being critically acclaimed.
Styles has also branched out into Hollywood. Christopher Nolan cast Styles as one of the British soldiers in Dunkirk and the pop star also appeared in Olivia Wilde’s naughty Don’t Worry Darling and Michael Grandage’s drama My Policeman, both released in 2022, and may or may not still be playing Eros for Marvel after popping up at the end of Eternals.
