Tom Hardy will be joined by Stephen Graham in the now-shooting Venom follow-up.
Fresh from stealing scenes in the Rocketman movie earlier this year, as well as his appearance too in Martin Scorsese’s The Irishman, it’s been a good year at the movies for the brilliant Stephen Graham (and an even better one on the small screen). Now we hear that he’s signed up to take on a role in the now-filming comic book sequel, Venom 2.
The movie is currently filming in the UK, with Andy Serkis in the director’s chair this time around (Ruben Fleischer having helmed the first film). Tom Hardy is back reprising the title role, with Michelle Williams, Woody Harrelson and Naomie Harris also in the cast.
Graham will be joining the film too, although his exact role in the movie hasn’t yet been announced. As we hear more, we’ll pass the news on.
Venom 2 is due in cinemas next October.
