The Matrix Resurrections is heading to physical media in the UK this March – and a 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray and DVD release is planned.
It might not have had the hoped-for impact at the box office, but last December’s The Matrix Resurrections had no shortage of spectacle and talking points. It also promises to be quite the home cinema workout.
We now learn that Warner Bros is planning a late March 2022 release date for the disc version in the UK, with March 21st almost certainly set to be confirmed.
Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss star in the film of course, from director Lana Wachowski. And it’s arriving on three different physical media formats: DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray. We’d expect a boxset too, but that’s not appeared on the listings yet. Surely just a matter of time.
Full details of extra features aren’t with us just yet, and we’ll likely have to wait for the official announcement to get those. In the meantime, the 4K disc listing can be found here. The Blu-ray is here.
More as we hear it…
