Horror film Cobweb comes to the UK in September, and it might just be an autumn horror hit: here’s the trailer.
Cobweb looks set to be an old fashioned chiller that relies on psychological terror rather than excessive gore.
The official synopsis reads as follows:
Eleven year old Peter is plagued by a mysterious, constant tap, tap from inside his bedroom wall – a tapping that his parents insist is all in his imagination. As Peter’s fear intensifies, he believes that his parents, Carol & Mark, could be hiding a terrible, dangerous secret and questions their trust. And for a child, what could be more frightening than that?
Lizzy Caplan and Antony Starr headline the film, alongside Woody Borman and Cleopatra Coleman.
Samuel Bodin makes his feature directorial debut from a script by Chris Thomas Devlin.
Cobweb will be released in UK cinemas on the 1st September.
