Blonde Phantom! Vision Quest! More Hawkeye! Just some of the wonderful TV shows Marvel reportedly has planned for the distant years 2026 and 2027.
We already know what 2025 looks like on the small screen for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. As well as adopting a more budget-conscious, streamlined approach to TV production with the recent Agatha All Along series, the always-in-motion MCU is gearing up for a 2025 that will debut Daredevil, Ironheart and Wonder Man on the small screen.
Beyond that, though, things are less sure-footed. Matters are complicated by the fact that the MCU’s second major story arc, The Multiverse Saga, is coming to an end with Avengers: Secret Wars in May 2027. Still though, Marvel Studios is nothing if not a dab hand at forward planning and already has several series in development to flesh out the wider world of the MCU.
According to Daniel RPK, 2026 will bring us a second season of Daredevil and the return of Vision in Vision Quest. That sounds like something to look forward to on both counts. Especially if Marvel can recapture some of the savage joy of the Netflix-created take on Daredevil, even though we know that the MCU take on The Man Without Fear will be somewhat different.

As for Vision, his appearance in 2021’s WandaVision remains one of the emotional high points of the post-Endgame Marvel Cinematic universe, so whenever we get to catch up with him, it’s probably worth looking forward to. Especially as an early version of the show has been dubbed as a West Coast Avengers-style series.
The same report suggests that 2027 will also see us getting a second season of Hawkeye and a spin-off show that continues the story of a key character from Agatha All Along – which we won’t spoil here just in case you aren’t finished with that show yet.
Beyond 2027 there’s also a Nova show, not to mention a Blonde Phantom series in the works – but you’re probably looking at 2028 before those projects come to fruition. And as we’ve seen with the problems plaguing Marvel’s Blade, plenty can change during that amount of time.
More, as always, as we hear it.
