Hope Dickson Leach is directing a new documentary on motherhood.
Passion Pictures Films has announced a new documentary film that’s heading into production that’s about the life-changing experience of motherhood: and it needs your help.
The film is being directed by Hope Dickson Leach – who helmed the brilliant The Levelling – and she’s looking to talk to mothers who found birth and/or the arrival of motherhood particularly difficult. In particular, she wants to talk to those who have found it all traumatic, and have struggled since becoming a mother to find themselves again.
The documentary will focus on those who have overcome the struggle, or those still in the midst of it. And if that feels like it might be you, the email address to get in touch with the documentary team is mother at passion-pictures.com.
As we hear more about the film, and it gets closer to a release date, we’ll let you know.
