Good Burger 2 is heading to Paramount+ later this year, and the first trailer for the belated sequel has arrived.
Good Burger is joining the ranks of several Nickelodeon properties to be revived for Paramount+, including iCarly, Zoey 101 and The Thundermans.
The synopsis reads as follows:
Dexter Reed (Kenan Thompson) is down on his luck after another one of his inventions fails. Ed (Kel Mitchell) welcomes Dex back to Good Burger with open arms and gives him his old job back. With a new crew working at Good Burger, Dex devises a plan to get back on his feet but unfortunately puts the fate of Good Burger at risk once again.
Starring alongside Kenan and Kel are Josh Server, Lori Beth Denberg, Alex R. Hibbert, Kamaia Fairburn, plus Jillian Bell as an evil CEO, Lil Rel Howery as the CEO’s lawyer and Carmen Electra.
Phil Traill directed the film. Producer Dan Schneider – who co-wrote the script for the original – is not involved. Instead, Kevin Kopelow and Heath Seifert, who co-wrote the original film and worked on All That, co-wrote the screenplay with James III.
Good Burger 2 will stream on Paramount+ in November.
