Paterson Joseph has boarded British indie feature Bet Your Bottom Dollar, and we’ve got details of the film here.

Paterson Joseph is currently enjoying success as an author, after penning The Secret Diaries of Charles Ignatius Sancho, a novel based on his barnstorming performance as the title character in his own play.

He’s returning to the world of film with Bet Your Bottom Dollar, which “follows a young British man, Jack, as he travels in Southern France. As a result of his severe gambling addiction, he finds himself indebted to the French betting firm Parier24. The journey of self-discovery that he embarks on proves to be life changing”.

Cameron Ashplant will play Jack, alongside Joseph and Marc Duret as Victor and Francois, employees of Parier24.

Documentary filmmaker Brandon Ashplant makes his narrative debut with the film, which he will write and direct.

Bet Your Bottom Dollar is currently slated for release in 2023, we’ll keep you updated as we hear more.
