Zachary Levi will return in the Shazam sequel, that’s been set for December 2022: here’s the trailer for Fury Of The Gods.
Warner Bros has revealed the trailer for Shazam: Fury Of The Gods, which is set to arrive this December. The original film, starring Zachary Levi in the lead role, arrived in 2019, and was a solid hit for the studio. Levi will return for Shazam 2, alongside Asher Angel, Helen Mirren, Lucy Liu, Rachel Zegler, Jack Dylan Grazer, Adam Brody, Faith Herman, Meagan Good, Grace Fulton, Michelle Borth, Ian Chen, Ross Butler, Jovan Armand, D.J. Cotrona, Marta Milans, and Cooper Andrews.
David F Sandberg is set to direct again, continuing the story of teenager Billy Batson, who can turn into the legendary hero by saying the magic word, “SHAZAM!”
We can expect the film to continue with the more light-hearted tone established in the first film. We’ll bring you more on this one as we hear it. In the meantime, here’s that trailer…
