Cate Blanchett’s BAFTA-winning title role turn in Tar will be available on DVD and Blu-ray in the UK next month: more here.
It’s already helped itself to whole bunch of awards, and there’s a sporting chance that come Oscar weekend, there might be one or two more heading its way too. The film in question? That’d be Todd Field’s movie Tar, a feature that might not have set the box office alight, but one that’s got many people talking
Cate Blanchett’s central performance is one such reason for all the chatter, and if you missed the film in cinemas, you can catch up with it when Universal releases it on DVD and Blu-ray in the UK on April 17th. No 4K disc release for this particular film.
The package is going to be bundled with a 28-page booklet examining the making of the film, but that’s the only extra feature listed thus far.
