Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey is heading to DVD, Blu-ray, 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray in the UK this November. More here.
At the insistence of Christopher Nolan, and with box office returns continuing to pour in, this summer’s The Odyssey was always going to have a long wait until it got its home formats release. 100 days or so after it landed on the big screen, it’s now gone up for preorder, too.
The Odyssey is landing on disc in the UK on 18th November 2026, and an assortment of versions have now gone up for preorder.
Best get down to talking about those.
The DVD release is available here.
The standard 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray disc is available for order here.
And then there’s a pair of 4K disc Steelbooks too, which presumably are going to shift pretty sharpish.
The first of them is here. The second of them can be found here. At the time of this post going live, both of them appear to have already sold out, though. As has the ultimate collector’s edition, the listing for which you can find here.
In terms of extra features, the listing for all releases – even the humble DVD – includes a bonus disc. Don’t hold me to it, but the description of said disc reads as follows…
Personally overseen by Christopher Nolan, this collection of 12 in-depth special features takes audiences inside every aspect of THE ODYSSEY’s ambitious production through exclusive behind-the-scenes footage and interviews with Nolan alongside key cast and crew who brought the epic to life. Together, these pieces showcase the artistry, innovation, and craftsmanship behind the landmark adaptation of Homer’s legendary tale.
Let’s face it, given how hands on Nolan was with the disc release of Oppenheimer, he’s hardly likely to have put in half a shift here.
All of these are available to order now. We’ll leave you with our review of the film…
