Walter Hill’s much-loved The Warriors is getting a new Steelbook Blu-ray release just in time for Christmas.
One of the many excellent films that director Walter Hill has unleashed into the world, the superb The Warriors is one that’s comfortably grown in stature since its original release. The story of fighting gangs in New York City, the film has enjoyed many physical media releases in its time. Now? It’s about to get another. Sort of
Whilst the actual physical media bit of this particular release – the Blu-ray, in this case – is the same as we’ve seen before, what we’re getting here is posh Steelbook packaging. The Warriors Steelbook edition has been dated by Paramount for December 5th of this very year.
