Prolific film studio Blumhouse is back (again!) with real-time thriller Soft & Quiet, and here’s the first trailer for the film.
Blumhouse is not a studio that likes to take things easy. This year alone, it’s given us The Black Phone, Vengeance, They/Them and Mr Harrigan’s Phone, as well as the just-released Halloween Ends
Now, we can add Soft & Quiet to the list. The synopsis for this one reads as follows:
Soft & Quiet follows a single afternoon in the life of an elementary school teacher as she organizes a mixer of like-minded women. When the group heads home, the teacher encounters a woman from her past, leading to a volatile chain of events.
Stefanie Estes stars, alongside Olivia Luccardi, Eleanore Pienta, Dana Millican, Melissa Paulo, Jon Beavers, and Cissy Ly.
Beth de Araújo makes her directorial debut from her own screenplay.
Soft & Quiet is scheduled to be released in the UK on the 4th November. Watch the trailer below:
