In desperate need of a Gryffindor cloak or the Elder Wand? They’re among the plethora of Harry Potter props going up for auction.
Christmas is fast approaching and, assuming you’ve got some extra cash, some gift ideas have popped up for your Harry Potter obsessed friends.
Propstore has a huge entertainment memorabilia auction coming up and there are some excellent props up for auction. We’ve already told you about Paddington’s coat and the Aliens props – including a real Xenomorph egg! – but there’s still a long list of goodies to explore.
Back to Harry. Propstore has several wands, including the Elder Wand from Deathly Hallows – Part 1. There’s also a very dashing Gryffindor house robe and a giant Chocolate Frog you can stick on your desk. No desk is complete without one, really.
The available wands come from several characters across the series’ different films. You can grab Remus Lupin’s wand from Prisoner Of Azkaban or Cedric Diggory’s wand from Goblet Of Fire. Sirius Black’s wand is also available as are ones from the main cast. The Death Eater wand from Goblet Of Fire is particularly chic and would make a fantastic, rather eclectic backscratcher.
Outside of Harry Potter items, you can also find a blaster from Star Wars: A New Hope and a stake from Buffy The Vampire Slayer, in case you need some protection against stormtroopers or vampires.
The auction kicks off today (14th November) with two days of in-person bidding taking place at BAFTA Piccadilly and then another two days of online and telephone bidding. Bidding starts at 3pm GMT every day.
