Sony is cutting the cost of its Spider-Man movies on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray, with Sam Raimi’s original trilogy getting a fresh release next month.
You can tell that a new Spider-Man movie is around the corner, as Sony has got around to divvying up the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray boxset of the first five films that it made.
Appreciating these have been released individually too, thus far if you wanted a Spider-Man boxset, you were paying for Sam Raimi’s original trilogy of films, and then the two Andrew Garfield-headlined The Amazing Spider-Man features.
Now, that boxset has been split into too. As such, the trilogy of films from Raimi, with Tobey Maguire as the webslinger, will be available for £30 on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray from November 15th. It’s up for order now, and you can find it here.
If you’d prefer to get your mitts on the two The Amazing Spider-Man films, those have been split into a double bill set of their own. The price there is £20, the release date is the same, and you can find them here.
The new Spidey adventure, No Way Home, arrives in cinemas this December. Figured you knew that bit though…
