Two Dr Who films starring Peter Cushing – Dr Who And The Daleks and Daleks’ Invasion Earth 2150 AD – are being restored in 4K and given a theatrical rerelease and collectors edition.  Good news for fans of Dr Who and legendary actor Peter Cushing – Dr Who And The Daleks and Daleks’ Invasion Earth 2150 A.D. are getting restored in 4K and rereleased. The 1965 and 1966 films will be shown in cinemas and available as part of collectors editions that you can now preorder. Dr Who And The Daleks was the first feature big screen adaptation of the hit series, and the first time the Doctor was ever seen in colour. In the movie, he and three companions journey to the dark, unknown depths of the universe and find the planet of Skaro. There they find two warring species, the peaceful Thals, and the destructive beings known as the Daleks. In Daleks’ Invasion Earth 1250 A.D., the Daleks are now in control of Earth’s future. The planet’s only hope is a group of freedom fighters residing in the London Underground, and Peter Cushing’s Time Lord.
