The Firm and Vanilla Sky are both coming to the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray format in the UK: more details on both releases here. A pair of Tom Cruise movies from a couple of decades back are heading to the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray format in June, just as the next Mission: Impossible film heads towards its cinema release. The pair of films are 1993’s The Firm, which is celebrating its 30th birthday. And then one of Cruise’s more offbeat choices, 2001’s Vanilla Sky, that reunited him with Jerry Maguire director Cameron Crowe. Both films head to the 4K format on June 19th 2023 in the UK. Furthermore, each also comes with just the 4K disc in the box, and no Blu-ray. Not a big deal, but presumably that means legacy extra features won’t carry over, if that’s what you’re looking for. You can find more details on The Firmand order a copy – right here. And then Vanilla Sky’s listing can be found here. Both are up for preorder now. — Thank you for visiting! If you’d like to support our attempts to make a non-clickbaity movie website: Follow Film Stories on Twitter here, and on Facebook here.
