A Quiet Place: Day One | Digital next week, DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD in October

If you missed A Quiet Place: Day One in cinemas, worry not. The prequel is coming to digital, DVD, Blu-ray and 4K UHD very soon. 

Prequels seem to be all the rage in 2024 and they’ve been pretty excellent too. The First Omen scared our socks off, while Furiosa took us on a wild ride across a brutal wasteland. A Quiet Place: Day One – perhaps a little surprisingly – might be the best out of the lot. 

As the title suggests, the film tracks the events of the day the aliens landed on Earth and rendered it near silent, leading to the events of John Krasinski’s A Quiet Place films. We’ve embedded a trailer further below in case you want to watch it. 

If you’re keen to watch the film from the comfort of your own home, that’s possible as early as next week. You can buy A Quiet Place: Day One on digital from 27th August, but if you’re a physical media collector, we’ve got excellent news for you. 

A Quiet Place: Day One will make its physical media debut in October with a DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD discs. The date to highlight in your calendar is 7th October and you can pre-order those right here, if you so wish. 

On top of those, there will also be two collectible 4K Ultra HD Steelbooks, one of which is exclusive to hmv.
